A very comfortable House of 8 apartments with a view at the blue Aegean, situated at a quite area at the extention of the old Mastichari community, in Kos island, is ideal holiday accomodation for couples or families with children or teenagers seeking calm or relaxation.
In addition it adresses to all those that Water Sports Activities are their priority over summer holiday: Kite and Wind Surfing School and facilities are only a jump away .
Yiannis Apartments have a great hidden asset, meaning they overlook immediately the sunset.
From each apartment you can enjoy an unforgettable sunset. The dramatic colours that paint the horizon as day transitions to night, enhance the ambience of seabreeze, turning Mastichari's old fishing-village as a unique tourist destination.
Two bright, furnished, very friendly rooms per apartment with a small well equipped kitchenette, can accommodate three (3) or max four (4) persons.
A path just in front takes you 85 meters down onto the solver sandy beach. Village centre is appx 250 meters away and nearest market appx 200 meters.
Apartments are getting cleaned every third day, while towels and linen are changed every second or third day.
A few meters away neighboring Hotel swimming pool is being offered to all Yiannis guests as well, as long as they stay on the pool's usage terms.

Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.

- Prices are for two persons
Child under 5-year old: free of charge.
- Child from 5-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge 5 euro/person/apartment/night.
- Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge 10 euro/person/room/night.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy
- If cancellation/amendment is made 7 days prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 7 days of your arrival, half accomodate rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% apartment accomodation rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird/Long Stay/Last Min/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 11:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge
